Rachel Gleichenhaus lives, works, and plays in Boynton Beach, Florida, proudly serving South Florida communities to match every lifestyle and helping clients find a place they are truly proud to call home.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business. She began her career in New York City as a Media Buyer, purchasing television and radio advertising for nationally recognized brands such as Burger King and Procter & Gamble. In 2003, Rachel relocated to South Florida, where she served as Marketing Director for a major concert promoter, working with some of the world’s most well-known artists. Her extensive background in marketing continues to be a key asset in her real estate career, allowing her to strategically position and successfully sell homes.
With over 13 years of experience as a Realtor in South Florida, Rachel works alongside her husband, Robert, as co-founders of the Estates By RG team. She earned her Broker Associate license in 2021 and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. Rachel also leads the Relocation Department at Signature International Premier Properties, assisting clients with seamless transitions both locally and nationally.
Rachel and Robert have proudly called Boynton Beach home for more than 19 years, where they are raising their two children and remain deeply involved in the community. Whether attending PTA meetings or cheering from the baseball and softball fields, community involvement is at the heart of their family life.
Philanthropy has always been an important part of Rachel’s life. Following her grandfather’s diagnosis with pancreatic cancer in 2008, she became actively involved with the local PanCAN Affiliate Board and continues to participate annually in the PanCAN PurpleStride walk. Rachel is also a dedicated member of the Signature Gives Back Committee, supporting charitable initiatives throughout the community.
