Since 2017, we've been inspiring real estate professionals to give back to the South Florida communities they serve.
Our Mission
Inspire. Volunteer. Give Back.
Inspire members of the Real Estate community to support various charities and worthwhile causes through selfless volunteerism and valuable financial contributions.
The Signature Real Estate Companies contributes a portion of the commission received on every real estate transaction to SGB.
Since our inception in 2017, SGB has raised more than $300,000 in financial and in-kind donations, substantially all of which has been donated to dozens of charitable organizations and causes. Signature Team Members have also completed thousands of volunteer hours at many of these organizations.

Four annual talent shows at Funky Biscuit, Boca Raton, showcasing Team Member talent while raising thousands for charity.

Community Outreach
A History of Impact
September · Hurricane Dorian
SGB serves as drop off point for donations of food, water, clothing and supplies & coordinates shipments of truckloads of those donations to Grand Bahamas in support of those who were devastated by Hurricane Dorian. SGB also raises funds from the sale of nearly 1,000 #BahamasStrong bracelets in solidarity with those impacted by the horrific storm.
August · Forgotten Soldiers Outreach
Hundreds of Signature Team Members donate a truckload of “We Care” items and also raise funds to benefit Forgotten Soldiers Outreach in Lake Worth.
August · Boca Helping Hands
Signature Team Members participate in Boca Helping Hands’ Bowling for Bread, raising funds for that organization.
June · Showering Love
17 Signature Team Members volunteer in support of Showering Love, which restores dignity, hope and health to people experiencing homelessness by providing showers and other supportive services…SGB also raises funds for that organization.
May · Signature's Got Talent
SGB’s 3rd Annual “Signature’s Got Talent” Show at Funky Biscuit, Boca Raton, showcases the amazing talent of Signature Team Members while raising funds to directly benefit Best Foot Forward, which offers programs for foster care youth to provide the opportunity for academic success.
February · Blood Drive
Dozens of Signature Team Members donate blood to help replenish depleted blood supplies in South Florida.
February · Habitat for Humanity
Signature Team Members partner with Habitat for Humanity to help build a house for a less fortunate family in Boynton Beach, also raising funds for that organization.
December · Pajama Program
Hundreds of Signature Team Members donate a truckload of new pajamas and books to benefit children supported by the Palm Beach County Chapter of Pajama Program.
November · Charity Golf Tournament
SGB’s 2018 Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament at Gleneagles Country Club, Delray Beach, raises $20,000+. $6,000 is presented to The UnLIMBited Foundation, which provides limb-different children an opportunity to access limb-lengthening or correction surgery/rehabilitation through financial assistance to patient families.
November · Norman & Ruth Rales Jewish Family Services
Signature Team Members volunteer at the Norman & Ruth Rales Jewish Family Services Annual Thanksgiving Lunch in Boca Raton. They help serve more than 600 less fortunate members of our community, including Holocaust survivors.
October · Oct - Dec Relief Fundraiser
Within two days of the horrific shootings at Pittsburgh Tree of Life Synagogue, Signature Team Members begin to sell more than 800 #PittsburghStrong #EndHate bracelets. SGB will donate the proceeds (+/-$4,000) to that religious institution.
August · Boca Helping Hands
Signature Team Members participate in Boca Helping Hands’ Bowling for Bread, raising funds for that organization.
June · Forgotten Soldiers Outreach
Hundreds of Signature Team Members donate a truckload of “We Care” items to benefit Forgotten Soldiers Outreach in Lake Worth, also raising funds for that organization.
February · Feb - April Relief Fundraiser
Signature Team Members sell more than 1,700 #MSDStrong bracelets in solidarity with the Parkland community, enabling SGB to provide a life-changing $7,000 grant to one family devastated by the shootings.
February · Blood Drive
Within five days of the horrific MSD shootings in Parkland, 37 Signature Team Members donate blood to help replenish depleted blood supplies in Broward County.
February · Signature's Got Talent Fundraiser
SGB’s 2nd Annual “Signature’s Got Talent” Show at Funky Biscuit, Boca Raton, raises $5,000 to directly benefit two children’s charities, KidSafe Foundation and Wayne Barton Study Center, while showcasing the amazing talent of Signature Team Members.
December · SOS Children's Villages
Hundreds of Signature Team Members donate a truckload of toys and sports equipment to benefit children at SOS Children’s Villages in Coconut Creek.
December · Habitat for Humanity
Signature Team Members partner with Habitat for Humanity to help build a house for a less fortunate family in Boynton Beach, also raising funds for that organization.

October · Relief Fundraiser
SGB’s 1 st Annual Fundraiser at Silverball Museum in Delray Beach raises in excess of $10,000 which is provided as housing funds to relieve two families from Puerto Rico devastated by Hurricane Maria.
